Have some queries about petition 13B

24-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Husband has requested for mutual divorce and a permanent alomany amount and sent a petition prepared by his layer. one point is mentioned informing both the petitioners are well educated and can self maintain. Is mandatory to have such information in petition. can we exclude it? Husbands lawyer is saying its mandatory but I think he is lying and have mentioned it in petition with agenda to give trouble and try to dissolve marriage without proper alomany amount

madam mutual consent means both the parties have agreed on certain terms and there is nothing left for the Court to decide. it is not mandatory to have such a terms but if you disagree on this the divorce petition will not become mutual. both of you can agree on a maintenance and alimony amount.

Dear Madam You should engage your seperate advocate to protect your interest. You are entitled for alimony. If such sentences are added you will be permanently banned to claim Maintenance. Better not to sign papers and consult my office with the copy of that document.
