My salary is 63000.my wife is earning rs 20000 per Month. how much interim maintenace to be awarded to wife. I have no child .we have 10 yrs of marriage
It will be based on what standard of life she would be having had she been your wife.
The court would try to help her sustain that position. However, her salary would also be taken into consideration.
