Harrassment by wife & her parents and sister for living separately

Hi pls help me, my wife has taken away my just 40 days old son to her parent's house and since then her mother has threaten us that dare to take away my child from them if i have the power & saying they will do the upbringing of my child and have been forcing me to live separately from my single mother as my father is no more with us. Her elder sister also threatening us with false domestic violence case. My mother & me is totally mental tortured now, do not know how do i get my son back to my home as i checked with lawyers also they said it is mother's wish to keep the child wherever she wants for 7 years.
I simply want my wife to stay with us but she is also adamant and not coming back. Unless i look for separate house for her. It is already state long distance as we are in delhi and they are in raipur.
Now somebody please guide us on this, what to do.
