Harrasment case against me & file a case

My wife file a case of 498a harrasment case against me.... police has sent us to CDEW for councelling.....what are my rights because she has filed false case against me

hi if you are sure that it is a false case then you could file quash petition in high court to quash tje FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you are not connected to the offences mentioned in it

Wait for counselling sessions to get over is she ready to come and stay with you in counselling sessions Keel all her proofs of extramarital affairs with you as her whether she is ready for mutual consent divorce without any consideration

You can file a quash petition in high court stating that all are false cases which are booked on you and they don't have any evidence to prove that harassment case...approach us we assist you coming out from this case and all cases will disposed
