Harassment by in laws and family wants me to stays in laws house

I am single child of my parents. My father died. My husband worked in police as constable. My in laws constantly harassed me on household work. My mother in law abused me . My cousin Said kuch bhi ho jaye ghar mat aana otherwise hum tere ko pagal khane bhej denge. My cousin wife beat me.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that it will be a better decision to discuss all this first with your husband why every one is harassing you or scolding you why you don't discuss this with your husband about this for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

on the above mentioned query please file a complaint in mahila thana for domestic violence. and thereafter file a complaint in criminal court under section 12 domestic violence act against your husband and in-laws.

Unilateral divorce in India is not easy thing to get and if contested by the not consenting spouse the divorce proceeding are long and tedious. The chance of getting divorce is also difficult to get unless the petitioner spouse has very strong ground for divorce and it's is proved with sufficient admissible evidence in the Family Court. Your husband seek divorce that you should contest and try level best to avoid him to get with help of competent and experienced Family lawyer.
