Do you have children ? How many ? What your husband does for earning ? how much he earns ? Your husband has a duty to maintain you and your children. For the cruelty he is meting out to you and your sisters, why you have not given a police complaint? I can file case against him if you give all details. ?

Madam

If you have that much harassment you can go for divorce. As you told there is an harassment and there is more blackmail, then please make complaint before the jurisdictional police station and file a Case Under D V ACT. Under D V Act you can seek for protection for yourself and your family.

Please file a complaint at First and proceed. As you told he was not working and he don't have any means to maintain your life, i hope you have the little chance of maintenance . But you should file application for maintenance too at that time of filing the case under D V ACT. It is the morel obligation on the part of the husband to look after his wife and children.

Please proceed yourself by filing a complaint before the Women Police Station.

Mam you can take action by reporting to the police and also you can a complaint invoking Domestic violence Act. Police may take action for having committed the atrocity on you invoking law under the penal Code. It is better for you to approach the advocate who can understand and could able to secure relief quickly. Good luck.
