Hacking into wife whats app to get divorce

Hi,nI am an nri hacked my wife’s whats app & read that she was complaining to her mom about me and my parents. So without informing her I got her visa cancelled & she had to leave d country. Now I’ve applied d’ivorce in basis of this whats app. Can I get implicated in something. My father from faridabad is fighting on my behalf so I can avoid coming in front. nCan this case go in my favour.I’ve also accused her of infidelity so I can avoid alimony. Can this be enough to get rid of her.

Under Information Technology Act 2000, hacking in anywhich illegal subject to authorized hacker by govt. Responding very specifically to question of infidelity that you have put is unsubstantiated and irrevelant, absurd for prima facie as this Information tantamount invades ones privacy. Statute doesn't permit hacking. For further queries kindly contact me.

Hello Sir Please note that for seeking divorce there has to be grounds as mentioned in Hindu Marriage Act is governed by this act There has to be valid grounds for seeking divorce and you need to state more reasons for the same Please call us for better assistance on this issue Thanks Adv Preeti Manderna
