Got maintenance order husband stopped paying after execution

My husband was not giving me money. So judge asked to file execution. I filed it. And on date just asked them to pay money. But now he again stopped paying. I asked my lawyer. She said execution was rejected. I have a confusion. She says again execution to be filed . Please solve my confusion
Is there any order of rejection of execution petition filed earlier. If none then revive the old one with an application..if there is any order specifically rejectng it then you have to file fresh application for execution ..if there is any undertaking given to court for timely payment n honouring the order you may also file contempt of court application for violation of order n undertaking

Well if the court.pass an order for maintenance under section 125 crpc formaintenancr rep husband is bound to pay.maintenance if husband failed to pay maintenance than you can go in excution cort can send hudband jail for not.paying maontrmancr if as per your query that husband stopped the payment you can go furthr filing appli cation for excutip tobrecovet your seat of msintenancr
