if you are aggrieved by the decree you can appeal and how many cases were there which were going in between you and what is the outcome of that Or still pending. if the exparte decree has been passed then you can go for appeal

You can always file an application for challenging the ex-parte order that is against you and write down a strong reason for not being able to attend the court proceedings. The application will be filed in the same court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can definitely challenge it. Firstly you should move an application before the same court justifying your reason for non appearance and setting aside this exparte order. If this is rejected then you should move to the concerned high court

Whether ex parte order is passed or decree ? Challenge is different in both the cases. If you have been proceeded ex parte then the same needs to be challenged on the ground that you were unaware of any such proceedings. There are certain limitations to file the same. Connect so as to understand the possibility of challenging the ex parte Order or Decree. Thanks
