i have filed case on 22/03/2024 4 th hearing is on 09/09/2024 mutual divorce petition advocate didn't mention my gold jewllery from husband side i have to get back i was mental trauma i sign the case what should i do to get my gold back 09/09/24 i have 4 th hearing pls suggest me thats my family life saving

you can amend the petition with the consent of the husband. inform the husband that unless he does not return the gold jewellery, you will not move ahead in mutual divorce case. Also inform the court on the next date that you wish to amend the petition in writing.
If you will not give your consent on the 4th hearing date, the petition will not be decided.
