Going through Mental Harassment need advise on issuing divorce notice

Married for 16 years. Have not been speaking to each other for 10+ years though living in the same house but separately. My wife has a lot of hatred towards me and my family. Does not allow any of my relatives visit home and if anyone visits, she insults. Completely non social, does not wear good cloths, though plenty available to humiliate me in the society. She does not talk to anyone other than her mother side relatives. She treats me as untouchable to the extent that she does not touch any item in the house if I touched. She puts some water indicating of sanitizing it before touching the same. I have been going through mental torture. Requesting for an advise to get legal separation.
