GIVING DIVORCE WITHOUT KEEPING IN TOUCH WITH HUSBAND

i am staying with my husband and i want to give divorce. i am going out of station for business purpose and would not come back and my husband doesn't know about this. Can i give divorce by staying out of touch with him? after 3 or 4 months of leaving from my home..!!! I am Hindu religion and my husband too.
hi, without informing him divorce cant be possible, if you are filling divorce then also summon would be served to him, and on appering you husband will tell his part of allegation, though it can be but will take reasonable time.

yes you can divorce him in such a manner and it is very much possible but as per law, one year separation is mandatory and then only divorce can be filed and thereafter it will take six months for the final hearing before the judge in the witness box by both of you and divorce decree shall be passed on that day and you both can again marry after 90 days from the date of the divorce decree.
