If this is the scenario then why not go for a petition under 13B Hindu marriage act that is divorce by mutual consent but for that you have to talk to your wife or her parents and convince them to get divorce and reach to some sought of compromise solution offer them money in return..

Hi .... Firstly i want to say that if there is any false allegations against you like as dehaj etc. which was written in your quary ... on that part, you not need to worry bcz u may defand that allegations by way of proper procedure of courts. Secondly if she belongs to bihar so naturally her jurisdiction to file the case falls in bihar itself and you must defend the case there by engaging the advocate oof proper court.

Try to talk with the parents of girl/ wife for mutual divorce. If they agree then make an agreement u/s 13B for divorce with mutual consent. If you file a petition of divorce then they will file number of cases on the ground of dowry, cruelty, maintenance, domestic violence etc and you will be in great trouble.
