Getting married to a divorcee lady

I need to ask u if there are any precautions I should take so that I do not get in trouble later as I am thinking of getting married to a divorcee. She has not taken divorce yet but is going to file it shortly.
sir your marriage will not be valid if u marry her before she takes divorce
first thing its important that the lady take proper divorce decree from the court and after that only u marry her

hello sir, I would suggest u to wait till your fiance gets divorce from her current husband. becoz if you get married to her without taking a divorce from her current husband your married would be considered void and she can be charged for bigamy.
