Frm last 2yrs i was in the relationship with the person who was married.whenever i decided to leave him he never allowed few days back he was ready for marriage and by January month end hus wife got to know about the relationship where she took both of us to the police station where they have asked for the compromise and decided to let us go but now that guy blamed evrything on me and i don't wanna leave him now, i am hi du he is Muslim

You have narrated a story without asking for any legal advice, and your decision is not to leave him. You cannot marry him legally without converting to his religion. It seems you are economically independent. You can continue like this.

you can file a case of 376 and 420 on him as he cheated you, he had relationship with you on the promise that he will marry you and hence you can file a case under Indian penal code. further he has to obtain divorce and then get married to you if at all the marriage is to be taken place.

Dear Madam, You can even file rape case against him since he is not faithful to you and unnecessarily blaming you. You may take personal guidance since it is a sensitive matter and then go forward by lodging different types of complaints against him.
