Friends wife threatens to make a false allegation

My friend and his wife living sepretly since there marriage. When my friend ask for divorce his wife threatens to make a false accusation to the Women's Commission

Your friend should write to the concerned police station and inform them about his apprehension about his wife may make false accusation against him to women's cell and he may be given sufficient oppurtunity to tell his version of dispute to them. Your friend may file for contested divorce in court if he has grounds for divorce against his wife.

hi in this case your friend should proceed to file a contesting divorce petition before the family court. if there's apprehension of arrest then your friend can avail anticipatory bail from the district court. after the bail is obtained your friend can approach the high court for quashing of complaint/ FIR
