Forcing of divorce by husband and putting false allegations

My husband is putting false allegations on me for not planning second child and many more illogical allegations nd asking for divorce...I dont find any reason of divorce it ws love marriage before13 years nd now he wants to get rid off me
It is very serious matter for you but you have sereral solution.u should filed either dv case or maintenance or 498-A. If u wan take divorce than u should file in 13-B before the principal judge family court
