For mutually finalized divorce case

i got divorce at 2008. i filled case 498a, 498 in lucknow, but my parents was in delhi than i shifted in delhi and filed case 125 and dv. my ex husband got divorce mutually and paid 2 installments on third installment was finalized after quashing of 498 but my ex husband is not responding on call and not giving reply for notice. when i agreed for divorce than i got mou there i mentioned that if any party will backout on 3rd stage than court will start case on that person.

hello client as i can see the query things are very much complicated . in your case things you have mentioned us not very much clear about the things tht your divirce is still pending in court or your case got settelled . in present time what is your issue your divorce still pending or not . id you case is still pending then you nees not not to worry we will help you. kindly show ua your full case documetation file to understand ur case.

yes are you have a wonderful case because the husband intention is mala-fide and not clear he wants to cheat you are he wants to settle only into installments where as you have agreed only on a condition that he would give you full and final payment in three installment if the third installment is not paid and you tried many a time to your husband by writing by phone SMS aur WhatsApp and you feel that he is deliberately avoiding your queries and does not want to pay you the third installment you may well start your case which you have left because of memorandum of understanding and compromise having being taken place between you. the more you will not take away your right to pursue the criminal cases against your husband or even the Civil cases against your husband you have a good case I hope this will give you a clear Idea if you have any confusion is still you

Hi, As per the limited information provided by you, It is recommended to go against your husband in a proper way by filing an contempt Application in the Court where he was paying the instalments to you.
