Aur ham ek doosre se November 2015 se alag reh rahe h
Mere upar February 2016 me ipc 498a & DP act, crpc 125 aur DV 12 ke cases
Lage huye h jinhe 5 year ho Gaye abhi kisi case ka order nhi huaa h
Maine bhi unke dwara case lagane se pehle February 2016 me section 9 file Kiya tha Jo jun 2018 me dismiss ho gaya court ne Mana hai ki vah apni man marji se mayke me nhi reh rahi h
Ham jab se alag huye hai tab se Meri patni ek bhi baar mere pass nahi aayi h
Meri patni ka usi ke mama ke ladke se chakkar chal raha hai vah ladka usi ke Ghar me rehta hai jiske liye usne court me bola hai ki vah mere yahan nahi rehta hai but Meri patni ka usse sambandh h ye sabit nahi ho sakta h
Ab main usko rakhna nahi chahta hun to batao mujhe kis aadhar par talak mil sakta h?
Kya main talak lene se pehle Shaadi kar sakta hun?
Agar Maine talak liye bina Shaadi kar li to Kya ho sakta hai?
