I m husband Amt of 10 lakhs has been fixed by judge of civil court in sonbhadra up in how many days can i give the money to her judgment was done in September of paying fixed 10 lakh alimoney
it will be directed by the court itself in his order in how many days you have to give the amount may be in the next hearing date if you have taken the pleadings for one time settlement then both have to give a joint affidavit.
