FIRST MOTION DONE COMPLETELY NOW THE DATE OF SECOND MOTION IS POSTPONE

Hello. Me and my Wife had Completed First Motion Of MUTUAL DIVORCE IN FRONT OF COURT AND JUDGE with all terms n settlement signed and Attested. Now Since 6 months The Date of second motion is postponing Due to Transfer of Judge. SO what should we do in order to proceed and complete the Divorce process.. W both want to end this as soon as possible.

hey dear you can file an application for preponement of hearing in the day or application for early hearing can be filed and you can file ur second motion as well as soon as possible their itself or else you can second motion directly in the concerned court

You can file an application for expediting the proceedings.
The application can be filed before the Magistrate who has ordered the first motion.
You can cite various reasons such as abroad job or inability to pursue normal life.
