FIR case filed by my ex girlfriend of cheating

Hi, my ex girlfriend have filled an FIR against me for cheating , SH and false commitment .
We were in a ration for 1.5 years and have been involved physically for quite a long.
Now when I caught her with someone else and decided to leave her she is using this laws against me and demanding cash .
Please suggest and the police visited my house but luckily I wasn't there .
As FIR is filed against you under non bailable offence you first got to secure anticipatory bail Or surrender before police, cooperate in investigation and then secure bail. Then you may go for quashing of FIR if you have proofs to support your innocence

You should not hide from police and should file case cheating and misappropriation of trust with the help of proofs and evidence with you. She can't file rape case as you both slept with each other with free consent if she is having relationship with some other person the she had done cheating.

you need to immediately get an anticipatory bail from the sessions court so that you wont get arrested and for that purpose you need to be take the initiative as soon as possible or else u will arrested and once u get anticipatory bail u can fight against her false in the trial or you can also go directly to the bombay high cout for quashing of the FIR if you have plenty evidence against her
