Find information of husband salary, in IT company

Hiw can i find the information of my husband while he is on private job, rti file but they did not answer, because private company says, they are not under this act.

Yes, that's correct. Private Ltd. Company will not come under the ambit of the Right to Information Act so for the details part is concern only court have right to seek the details from that company so you should pray before court for that details.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as per the guidelines if you have his pan number you can get the details of the tax returns filed by him and can get the details of form 16 by which you can calculate the CTC of your husband or the court must have also direct if some litigation is file by either side to file income certificate or under format of rajneesh vs Neha for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

As you told that there is a case pending in the court between you and your husband in which you have to get compensation from your husband's incomeInformation related to was sought from his place of employment. If your husband works in a private jobSo the concerned factory did not give any reply to your RTI saying that it is a private factory and it does not come under RTI, so let me tell you that if you have already filed an RTI then you can appeal for it after 30 days. You can get information about the salary of any person under RTIIt comes and no company can refuse to give this information. All companies come under the Right to Information and it is their duty to give the information to the person who is demanding it
