Filing of divorce by husband on grounds of cruelty and desertion

Hi, I signed first motion papers and have denied to sign second. My husband has filed case on cruelty and desertion grounds attaching first mtion paper and false allegations. What should I do ? Please advise.

Mam, divorce on the grounds of desertion is still two years. but have to see why he is denying to sign. may be he is not agree with terms n condition of case need to see your whole story so you can contact me.

Get in touch with lawyer and fight the case. But why don't you want to give him divorce after first motion? Request you to get in touch with me or any other lawyer of your choice immediately and get this sorted.

Hi in your case first need to know where your first motion had been done, and also need to know which allegations he had made on you and what evidences he has given for supporting the same , after knowing what all these facts, can guide further.

Hi, First of all sorry for replying late as court was on vacations as well we advocates also. Now coming on your query you can deny second motion as on many grounds and it is not at all cruelity. Also as you mentioned in your query you did not mentioned the reason on which he filed crueilty i mean reason is denial of second motion or he had taken another ground also. Regards
