hiiuse saja bilkul milegi lekin saja use court se hi milegi. ..Ali aj kal teen talak par court Bahut strict hai..iske liye hame court me writ file Karna padega..main apko call par bat kart a hoo qki yaha sab possible nhi hai..thanks

Q: Nbw issued against not appeared in court

In my case tishazari court magistrate issue an NBW against me for not appeared on court on previous date. Now how can I cancel NBW issued against me and if I registered a NBW application for cancellation then it is necessary for me to present in court on hearing date.

hiias per your concern it is like a contempt of Court and Court has full right to issue NBW against you..you can be saved very easily and the warrants can be recalled...it's better to communicate over the call.thanks..

Q: Remedies for deficiency in service by the builder

Project is in ghaziabad. Flat 755 sq ft for Rs 18.85 lakhs (95% payment already done) Booked in 2012. Recently builder has sent letter of intimation of offer of possession but has not raised the final demand. Orally was putting pressure to buy open parking. Project is delayed by over 3.5 years. Builder without prior approval increased the asuper area of flat by 37 sq feet. Builder ready to pay 5rs/sq feet late possession charges but not interest. What should i do..
