Can we file counter affidavit in English language in Jaipur metropolitan court complex and family court in Jaipur? There is ambiguity in filing Hindi or English language.
yes you can file counter affidavit in english or in the state language hindi. both English and hindi are acceptable. only thing is what is written in counter must be fully understood and it has to be signed in the verification column
