filing for divorce in pandemic

I want to know whether in this Covid-19 pandemic situation a mutual consent divorce can be filed sitting at home? Also, what should be the most safest way?

Yes you both can file the Petition by mutual consent through advocate as now a days no need to go to court and you can file through e courts registration of cases but it must be supported with affidavits and for verification once you have to visit court.

hi in this case you can file MCD staying at you place by just signing draft and documents required for the case. a video conferencing facility will be arranged for the deposition before the court and the marriage will be resolved

Yes during pendamic , court is not functioning regularly but After taking prior appointment from court concerned department the Mutual Divorce petition can be filed. There is no other easy filing online sitting home.
