Filing for divorce if the wife is rude to the husband and his family

I married on 6th May 2018. My wife is very rude to me and my family members since the day one. She tries to dominate on every family member include me. Now the situation is that I don't want to live with her. I need a divorce.
You can not divorce your wife as it's not been a complete year to your marriage. But you can file a suit under section 12 of Hindu marriage act to declare your marriage void under special circumstances stated in the act. But I suggest you to give her some time, there may be some adjustment problem, that she might be facing.

You can take divorce from your rude wife but there are some formalities those completed by you .If you show in the court that your wife is really rude.Therefore you should consult to me i promise to you you will be free that rude wife..according Hindu law....thanks

You are not file the divorce petition before one year after completed the one year cooling period you have to right the file a divorce petition on the the ground of cruality of your wife against u and your family.
