Filing divorce on mutual consent
24-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
In pune family court, is it possible to notarize the petition and submit to the court or both the parties have to be present while filing the divorce
it is the procedure that both the parties need to be present in the filing of divorce by mutual consent in other case one party is required for the filing and after notice issued by the court the other party appears
If you want to file divorce Petition you have to file the same in family court under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act or as per the religious Act to whom you are following. But divorce Petition drafted and notarized is invalid and illegal document. That divorce is not at all legal.
