i filed divorce case on cruelty ground i want to revoke my case and to file rcr can i proceed how can i revoke case without a lawyer

okay I understand your questions so you are decided to withdrow the divorce case and again will file it RCR right so it is possible you have to take NO actually From your privous advocate and take new advocate then file it withdraw memo it is better for you if you need any legal help contact me

Dear Sir, You can file withdraw petition saying that you are no more interested in proceeding with Divorce case. If you are already represented by Advocate then issue notice to him and terminate his services. Produce such copy of letter along with Memo of Withdrawal.

You can withdraw the case by filing a Memo of withdrawal before the Hon'ble Judge is citing the reason such as change of heart or mutual settlement, etc. after withdrawing the petition, you can file for divorce under relevant provisions.
