24-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am married to girl for 2 and 1/2 years, now the problems is she not understand any of my thought, demand unnecessary things and just composed of own thoughts. As we both are working she always demand trips in different city and all household expenses from my money. moreover want all her money to save for her investment on her own name. No contribution towards family physically or the financially. Even her parents support her on his and even after asking them to intervene in the matter but none from her family is ready to visit and understand problem in my household. I stay with parents and my parents look after all household expenses and part of money is contributed by me. Its been six month we have not spoken to each other in same house & I sleep in different room all this time. Even she is seeing a doctor for depression issue and she take sleeping pills. I am feeling like hell in my own house and seeing my future ruining. Can anyone in black suit like god help me what should i do.

yes you can send a notice to her initially to become stable and to take care of her responaibilities of married life and if she doesnt do this then you can proceed with divorce on the ground of cruelty and that mental haraasment is been done to you in that regard

You may file for contested divorce on the relevant grounds in concerned court. In the meantime, do collect details of her employment and salary she gets to avoid her claiming monthly maintenance and ailmony from you if you file for divorce.
