Since you have been living separately for 5 years, you have a strong case for divorce on the grounds of 'Desertion' under Section 13(1)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act (or the relevant personal law). Additionally, her lack of communication/support during your medical crisis (brain stroke) constitutes 'Mental Cruelty', which is another valid ground for dissolution of marriage.

Since you and your wife have been living separately for almost 5 years, this clearly amounts to long-term separation and may constitute a valid ground for divorce (cruelty/desertion, depending on facts). You may consider filing for divorce or, if both parties agree, proceed with mutual consent divorce for a faster resolution.

since she is already separated from you for more than 5 years so it can be a option to file a divorce case against her and since she has already taken all ID and password of your pension account without the permission of the concern authority so you can raise this is so before the police commissioner and put up this whole case under the privacy issue.
