So I withdraw section 9 case & filed section 13 case for divorce, Then her parents send gundas to give dhamki. Now wife filed IPC 498 case using fake salary slip. Based on the specific actions by the wife and her parents, you can consider filing an FIR under relevant IPC sections mentioned above. Evidence is crucial for such complaints, and legal guidance is essential to navigate the process effectively. You have the right to defend himself against the IPC 498A case filed by the wife. This involves presenting counter-evidence, challenging the wife's claims, and demonstrating the fabricated nature of the salary slip. Legal representation is strongly recommended for such defense.

you need to understand that it's not the complaint who will decide the section of cases. it's better you give police complaint to your local police. they will Fram section there own.i it's good that you have withdrawn sec 9 but you need good and experience advocate to plan your strategy

you can go to your nearest police station about all the incidents or you can file a cross FIR in your nearest police station, there you have to mention each and every detail you mentioned above. state each and every details from starting to end

The most effective course of action would be to file a complaint case under Section 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code, along with Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, which pertains to criminal intimidation, against the parents of your wife. This strategic move is likely to exert pressure on them, potentially compelling them to withdraw their criminal cases against you.
