File for Divorce Married as per Hindu Traditions.

Dear Sir /Mam I have been married since 1.11yrs I have a 6 month old boy baby. Last July ie; Jul 2020 , i was 6 month pregnant & at that time me & my husband had a fight following which i came to my parental home and even till today I continue to remain here. We have so many differences of opinions with each other. I am a working women & my husband is always behind my salary . He has verbally abused me a lot. Some times physical torture too. I think i cant continue to lead my life with him anymore. Hence want to file a divorce ..please let me know the procedure for it . We are married as per Hindu Traditions. And please do let me know about child custody.

once you file for divorce they will contest the case and it will drag years to gether so to finish the case soon you need to file domestic violence against him and there parents along with maintenance case than you can expect divorce soon

If you have such irreconcileable diffrences between me another a divorce petition can be filed by you once you complete 1 year of marriage. case for seperation become stronger if you had lived seperately from another for a long period. custody of child can be retained for you.

yes madam your casevis fit for divorce if you want we will file a contested divirce mater under section 131a cruality gtound you have to file for divorce and uou have to file domestice voilance and 125 section crpc mainranance case also

Dear Madam, If the Family Court premises there is an office called Legal Aid Office which provides Free Legal Aid Advocate and you can try your fate by filing necessary divorce application free of cost. You must demonstrate that you have ni sources of income to meet legal expenses.
