File Divorce to get seperated from my spouse

Me and my wife are living in a roof and married 13 years ago and we have two childs.she is not respecting my parents,creating a negative image of me and my parents in society.Not doing household works like cooking food properly and all general works.nShe is not listening to anybody.

Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein you are willing to get separate from your wife due to the reasons mentioned by you, it is advisable to file a divorce petition and get separate legally.

First , it's better to talk to your wife regarding this such that to resolve this matter amicably. If things don't get in the positive direction then with no other option left, you can send your wife legal notice under section 13 mental cruelty of the Hindu marriage act.
