File divorce on the grounds of getting threats on my past relationship

Can I file a divorce on the basis of I got threatened about my relationship which is got diluted before my marriage but my husband still doubt on me that I’m in touch with him he keeps check on me n fight for this. He’s addicted ganja for more than 10 years I don’t know this is all because of it.

as you mention that I was getting married to same other person but that relationship was broken and your husband still doubt you are about the same thing whether you are already in a relationship if the husband behave cruelly against the wife or exploits her in any w a y then it will come under the category of harassment and the wife can take divorce on this ground
