File a divorce against her husband's domestic violence

She was married 3 years ago . But , she will tolarate her husband's domestic violence since 3 years . Now , she want to divorce. But her husband forcing her to stay in his life . Her husband abused her everyday .He doesn't let her out of the house . Every day he beats her , sexually harassing her . nWhat should she do now ?

file case after case against the perpetrators. be it maintenance under 125 or judicial separation under personal laws or pwdv act or ipc or divorce or all of them. meet a lawyer and get them done. consult some competent lawyer.

you can file for domestic violence as he is mentally and physically abuses her act and then can file for contested divorce as the husband is not ready for divorce as her husband cannot force her to stay with him what is your jurisdiction place...

she should immediately file case of domestic violence and take necessary actions for her safety and also seek monetary relief so that she can sustain her daily life at the best interest of her moreover she should also plan properly to counter back
