Fighting for divorce from last 2 yrs but husband not ready for divorce

I am fighting for my divorce from last 2 yrs but my hsbnd is stretching the case he generally don't attend the dates but he don't want to give me divorce. How can I get divorce not done any 498 case till now coz of my daughter but I am ready for it now and can do anything to get the divorce and maintenance . I can't expend money more in these as I have to take care of my daughter. So want to finish this as soon as possible so that I can get maintenance for my daughter from my husband

First of all you can file case of Domestic Violence Act in magistrate court with your child second you can file section 125 of CRPC with your child or daughter in district family court for maintenance after filing of above two cases you can get interim maintenance for you and your child from your husband for you and your child ,

During pendency of the case you can envock the provision of section 24 which will enable you to get temporary financial help so that you can proceed in your case however you have to continue with the case even when he doesn’t appear law will take its own course
