Family pension for divorced daughters

M 37 years old hindu woman and mom of teen autism girl..got seperated from husband and not yet divorced..m not receiving money from him...both of my parents are retired government employees..my dad passed recently..my mom receiving his pension..eed to know eligibility criteria and procedure to get family pension..though m masters in engineering ..I can't work as I have to take care of my kid..

unmarried daughter can claim father's pension divorce degree from the court then prove that one you can apply for your family pension as refuse the pension then you must file a writ petition before the honorable High Court to climb the pension

as single daughter you are eligible for getting government pension of your father after your mother. you need to have a divorce order to prove that you are a divorce under single mother to make yourself eligible for the pensioners scheme of your father
