You should appear before the Magistrate on the hearing date. Obtain a complete copy of the DVC petition and related documents, then file your objections with supporting evidence. Seek legal representation promptly.

Do not ignore the summons or remain absent before the Court. Appear on the scheduled date through an advocate, obtain the complete case papers, and seek time to file your Written Statement/Objections. If the allegations are false, contest the proceedings on merits with documentary and electronic evidence, including your prior criminal complaint, medical records, CCTV footage, call records, messages, and witness testimony, wherever available. If your earlier complaint establishes the true sequence of events, it can strengthen your defence. False allegations must be effectively rebutted through credible evidence and proper cross-examination. Ensure strict compliance with every court direction and diligently pursue your legal remedies in all pending proceedings.

hi first need to see the contents of the FIR and its allegations and if they are false and vague in nature then you could file quash petition in high court questioning it and you could also defend the DVC case

You can post this professional response: > Merely alleging that a DVC or criminal case is false is not sufficient. Appear before the court on the scheduled date, obtain the complete case papers, and file a detailed counter with all your evidence. Since you have already lodged a criminal case against the opposite party, that may also be relevant to your defence. If you have not been served with the complaint copy, bring it to the court's notice and seek the necessary documents.
