dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if she has filed the false case against you and your family members then file a detailed parawise reply to there petition along with the evidence in your favour and why his lawyer will help you as you have to engage your own lawyer for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

dear client,
you can move to the High Court for FIR quashing if honorable High Court found from the face of the record that the allegations labelled against you and your family members by your wife are false then High Court can quash the FIR secondly you should go for bail. If your sons are in the custody of your wife then you can also file a case for the custody of your children. in matrimonial matters valid defence by the side of husband is a good policy to fight the case. you can also file criminal complaint against your wife on several grounds you need an experienced law expert to fight your case.
