how i save from false dowry case. while girl's parents and his one relative that I have been spent 10lakh in marriage and didnot submitted any proof in the court. Pls. not girl and her parents have runaway taking gold ornaments for which boy's and his family filed case of dhara 406 earlier than dowry case. In this case of dhara406 six accused have been bailed. Pls. advise in this situation how to save from fake dowry case.
need to know the complete case history from marriage engagement to till date then only I can suggest you how to deal with the situation and get it resolved in your favour. you need to tell me what is your relationship with the married couple. what is opposite party demand etc..

on the above mentioned query please file immediately a writ petition in Allahabad high Court for arrest stay and in the petition, please mention in the prayer that the honourable court may ordered the arrest stay or grant anticipatory bail. if the court not grant arrest stay the prayed for anticipatory bail.
