False dowry and harassment case on me and my family

Sir/mam I have married my mama's daughter, its a family relation. We got married on 21-5-2017 I love her so much but my wife was forced to get married so she was not happy with me. We didn't have an even physical relationship. She was just 2 months with us. Her mother took her to their home with out our knowledge. They didnt even contact us. My parents went there to bring her but they didn't send her and now after 12 months they filed a case against us like harassment for dowry. So we attended p.s and both parties decided to pay 500000 for their given 280000 on the day of marriage. Both parties took a bond but again they decieded to go to court. And filed a case on me, parents and my sister and brother- in law I don't even know how to handle. What if all of us got to jail.
Hi, now a days police is not arresting any body without any evidence you just tell them you both are entered in to the agreement, and no need to worry if they put false case then you will acquitted by the court for further more clarification you can call us on at any time. no need to worry.

Since there is a bond wherein it is stated that both parties decided to pay Rs5Lakhs it is as good that the agreement for divorce has been reached.
If any complaint is filed u/s 498a, court/police will refer the matter to District Legal Services Authority and in your case, there will be no arrest etc.
Also you need to focus on non consummation of marriage which is a big plus point for you and separation after 2 month( despite she being your relative etc)
Nothing to worry at all.
