My wife lodge false domestic violence case and unnecessary creating problem for me by calling police each and every time

If your had already filed the case then you should file your reply stating that the allegations as stated by your wife to be fake. And you can always file your complaint against her in the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Sir, firstly and formest thing, you have to file a complaint in any nearby police station about your wife who is mentally assaulting you and putting false allegations on you. secondly you should pursue your domestic violence case very diligently as she has first filed a petition so will be having a hand over u.

In Domestic Violence Case u/s 12, Your wife can ask for 5 reliefs:- 1. Monetary Relief 2. Compensation Order 3. Residence Order 4. Custody Order 5. Protection Order Now you hv to immediately hire an Advocate who will file the reply along with income certificate. Court May also ask to submit last three years bank statements & last three years ITR) in case of Monetary Relief And trail will proceed accordingly. B in touch
