You must challenge the order of the family court before the High Court. Only by challenging the order of the family court can you point out the discrepancy in the statement and maintenance granted can be reconsidered. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

You have point this fact to HC judge that the interim maintenance order has been obtained on the grounds that she was unemployed since 10 yrs, which is false as per her own affidavit. If you make proper submissions, the HC may dismiss her Revision Application.

Hello Good Afternoon, If you went to high court for apeal in maintainance order then you have multiple legal remedies available. first of all ,collect the evidence regarding her income and present in the court. next step to go with argument regarding these evidence once it prove that she is presented false or fabricated evidence in the court . then go with section 193 of ipc. besides these their are many other ways to prove her false evidence in the court. for more details and querries then contact us and visit our website

Well, if you have evidence of contrary information submitted by her on Affidavit recently in relation to her Salary, contrary to the previous affidavits filed, to enhance her Interim Maintenance in Petition filed to revise and increase or enhance Interim Maintenance, then, you can please Court to investigate whether your wife previously lying or he is lying now on affidavit filed in support of Petitions to claim enhanced Interim Maintenance, so that, a Perjury case can be filed against her, if she had committed perjury by lying before the Court on affidavits, which can be figured out after due investigation.
