My husband is having affair and I have a proof of that and when he got caught he asked me for the divorce after 9years of our marriage, my in-laws are supporting him in his decision and filed fake and false complaint against me for the eviction of his son and his family , it’s there self owned property, what action I can take in this regard to have my daughter rights, they don’t want to give anything for the child as well
