False case filed against me on drowry.

I try ky best to understand each other to solve the problems. But she was least bother with her ego. When she left i told to leave still she left between covid pandamic. On feb 2020. Everything was going right. We discussed we will work together. But then she went to someone else. Which really hurt me. I could not stop her she left the place and went to Raigarh.

Hello! it's sad that things didn't worked the way you wanted it to work. You can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights and the court will ask her a genuine reason for which she left, and if there's none she can be directed to come back, that way you can make your marriage work. Also you have mentioned that she went to someone else, if that means she went to another man you can sue her for cheating.

Now what you are washing whether you want to cohabit with her? If so you should move with notice of restitution of conjugal rights. If you find things will not work then ask her whether she is ready to separate mutually.

hi in this case you can proceed to file petition for restitution of conjugal rights within the said petition you can get directions from the court for resuming marital life you can also approach high court for quashing of criminal complaints filed against you and your family memeber
