False case by wife against me and my family, 307 , 377,354,498a and mo

I was married on 6th dec, 2020 and on 16th dec, 2020 it ended as she went to her home and never came back. In between those days we found she is having extra marital affairs and than when we asked in laws about it they took her home. Now they Filed false case against me and my family. 307,354,498a, 377 and more. Noida district court gave is date of 10th march on 3rd of March., 2021 as opposite advocates said there is no 164 statement recorded in court till yet. So anticipatory date extended to 10 march. What are the chances of getting bail from district court and high court???? In how many days after apply. Even I have video proofs of in laws and recorded conversation also. Please suggest.

Hello I'm Advocate Vivek under section 307, 354, 498a and 377 you will not get anticipatory Bail from there from district court it will get dismissed. I want to see your documents more I can tell you after that. thank you

First of all it will be pertinent to get Protection from arrest ; for which you could move anticipatory bail application either at District court of at Allahabad highcourt ; it's totally your choice ; but for brighter changes it's better to access the gravity of charges before you make any decisions ! contact for further advice

dear client as per your query it's not clear where you have applied for anticipatory bail in district court or high court if you have applied for bail in high court it takes around 4-5 working days after notice of your bail but as per section it your FIR has to be seen and 164 statement which is recorded before the magistrate has also to be seen for further details please contact us for paid consultation with your relevant papers.
