Saaf saaf bata diya tha k, unemployment h ladka, uske baad bhi ha hogi gi thn shadi bhi, shadi ke baad wife k clues esse the, k woh nhi rehna chahti.... finally 1.5 mahine baad ghr gayi, aur father k phone aata h, ladki bhul jao aur talak do...
Papa k bhulya gurudware me, waha pe demand k 5lacs do otherwise tum sab k jail karva dege, thn women cell gye, waha k io ji, paise de k raffa daffa krte kyu nhi.... finally compromise k liye kaha h...???
To hum compromise kr le ya nhi....???
Compromise = talak/Divorce ya baad me koi issue create h sakta h... ???
Court me kya case chala gya h ya nhi...???
Divorce wife lena chahti h, kuch chupaya ja rha hai humse, aur sari aaroop mere pe lga rhi h, what to do, please advise me ???
to know that case is in court or not, you need to enquire. And if you think that compromise is good option for you, then you can go for it.
You need to take defence if you feel that they are hiding something from you
