False allegations by wife and her family after taking her back from my home. They told they don't want to file case, but in a recent family meeting potrayed themselves as we have demanded dowry and done domestic violence. Don't know what to do. Every time new false allegations, but no court case until now by them. They told we are free to give divorce if we want so that their daughter can get government job as well as alimony.nnShe hardly stayed 10 months after marriage out of 26 months.

Dear Sir, You may get issue a legal notice or directly file a petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of Conjugal Rights it may avoid several future consequences. It has become fashion for the ladies to alleged false allegations but no court will decide any family case within a period of three years. Please take everything lightly and protest their cases if they file in future.
